MINDFUL PSYCHOTHERAPY SERVICES

"One can live magnificently in this world if one knows how to work and how to love." -Leo Tolstoy

What We Offer

The ways we make ourselves smaller are not accidents. They are strategic scaffolds to the architecture of our defensive armor — against the vulnerability of our essential nature. Against what is tender, honest, and most generative and connected in us.

We work with individuals, couples, and groups navigating the territory where inherited identity meets lived experience — the places where culture, gender, power, and selfhood converge. Where the distance between who you believe you are and how you actually move through the world has become the silent organizer of your life.

This is the work. Not solving. Not soothing. Making speakable what the whole room knows and no one will say.

  • We aim to help individuals attain complete self-understanding; develop skills for improving relationships; find new ways to cope with stress and anxiety; improve communication skills; break negative and self-destructive patterns; increase career satisfaction; and increase self-esteem and self-confidence.

  • Changes with one family member can cause changes in the lives of the other family members. When one member hurts, the whole family hurts. When these changes and wounds significantly impact the entire family, it can take the entire family to grow and heal.

  • Group therapy can be a powerful way to work through interpersonal issues related to the past, present, and future. Groups function as a microcosm of the real world. Safe, confidential group psychotherapy can provide the space to allow one to work through issues that may hinder personal development.
