Groups
Group psychotherapy is navigating the human experience together.
Group Psychotherapy
Group psychotherapy is where the invisible becomes visible in real time.
In a group, you cannot hide from the patterns you carry — because the group will mirror them back before your defenses can organize. The way you position yourself in relation to others. What you offer and what you withhold. Who you become when you feel seen and who you become when you don’t.
Our groups are psychodynamic and process-oriented — grounded in the tradition that the group itself
is the instrument of change. Not through advice or instruction, but through the lived experience of being in relationship with others who are also doing the work of seeing clearly.
